Job Description:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems and platforms.
• Solid understanding and real-world experience with Incident Management and Major Incident Management (MIM).
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow CMDB.
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification (preferred).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications like CIS-ITSM are a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow ITSM certification is must.
