Role Description:

• The incumbent is responsible for managing & leading the testing engagement for assigned projects within a domain under Functional testing. 
• The key responsibilities include designing the testing strategy with the Test Manager, allocating tasks to team members, coordinating with the client on understanding client requirements and translating that into the test strategy, providing technical direction to the team and monitoring their performance and monitoring and delivering on the customer requirements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

Automation Tools knowledge – Selenium, Appium, Katalon, UFT, etc. API Automation Tools knowledge – Postman, JMeter Expertise in CT integration with CICD and Automation on cloud environment. 

• Strong experience in managing automation test projects Expertise in implementation of automation framework from scratch to aid with regression and other repeatable tests Team lead experience with offshore – onshore model (Preferred) Strong in client interaction and good presentation skills.
• Design & build test harnesses for Automation Testing. 
• Design/Architect test automation framework and develop the new test automation libraries using automation tools. 
• Design & execute Regression Test Pack using frontend & backend test scripts · Implement QA. process and Automated testing for all the work streams to improve the overall testing cycle. 
• Ensure continuous upskilling of the team. 
• Assist with automation test planning. 
• Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance · Identify and capture test data to support the test cases defined by the testing team. 
• Ensure reusability of test scripts across projects. 
• Test Environment set-up/management, monitoring and streamline release management to QA Environments.
